Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, and mailing address. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Payment information is handled through Etsy and is not made visible to this shop. Refer to Etsy's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your personal information.


Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on your information:

to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by emailing me about orders or other requests;

comply if necessary with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law;

and as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services; and 2) in compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Specifically, I use the Etsy interface to access your contact information as needed for business and do not store any contact information for customers off of this site. I primarily use the Conversation feature in the Etsy platform to contact customers when needed.

I do not store customer addressed or emails in any database or add them to any mailing list. I do not store any of your contact information and only access it as needed for orders from the Etsy site as provided. For the information about the length of time Etsy retains your personal information, refer to their Privacy Policy.


Information Sharing and Disclosure

I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I engage certain trusted third parties to provide shipping services for all orders (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.). I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services (mailing addresses, etc.).
